We’ll always aim to meet the delivery timeframe given at checkout. We typically use Royal Mail, however other couriers may be used depending on your location.
You’ll receive an email once your order has been placed and dispatched. Please be aware that delays can sometimes happen, and this is out of our control, however, if you incur any issues, feel free to contact us.
International customers
Your order may be subject to customs and import duties. we have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We cannot guarantee the return of the item so please we strongly encourage you to send it via courier or tracked post.
Should any uninsured items be damaged or lost during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please be sure to keep this safe just in case there are any issues with your return. It is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
